Return & Refund Policy
At Copperhead Safety Company, we take pride in our products and our people. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase while maintaining a fair environment for our team and our business.
1. Returns & Restocking Fees
We understand that plans change. If you need to return an item that has already been shipped, the following conditions apply:
Order cancellation: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you WILL be charged a 10% processing and inconvenience fee. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Restocking Fee: All returns for items that have already departed our facility are subject up to a 25% restocking fee of the total purchase cost.
Returns: Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, unused, in the original packaging with any stickers, etc., returned with the item. Failure to meet any of these will result in the item being sent back to you, and no refund will be given
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
2. Our "Make it Right" Commitment
We are dedicated to taking care of our customers. If you have a legitimate issue, a manufacturing defect, or a logistical problem, we will go above and beyond to make it right. We believe in taking care of our customers in order to ensure you have a great experience with us.
3. The "Golden Rule" Policy
Communications Policy: If you have questions or issues, we always aim to make it right and help as much as we can. Nobody wants to spend time sending emails when you could be out shooting instead. We shall treat you with a high degree of courtesy and professionalism in our communications, and we kindly ask you to do the same. That said, we are not robots, and we will not tolerate active or passive aggression. We reserve the right to match the degree of attitude or aggression that you give us. Additionally, if you Communicate with unreasonable with sarcasm, arrogance, disrespect, or, act unreasonably hostile. We reserve the right to apply a 25-50% restocking fee depending on how nasty you decide to act.
