Shipping Restrictions

Copperhead Safety products are ATF-determined lawful — one discharge per pull of the trigger. State laws and our shipping policies still restrict where we can ship. We do not ship orders to the states and destinations listed below, and our checkout will not accept a shipping address in these locations.

States we cannot ship to

• Florida (FL)
• Hawaii (HI)
• Illinois (IL)
• Maryland (MD)
• Massachusetts (MA)
• Nevada (NV)
• New Jersey (NJ)
• New York (NY)
• Oregon (OR)
• Rhode Island (RI)
• District of Columbia (DC)

Other destinations

• We ship within the United States only.
• We cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
• We cannot ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands).

Why an order may be declined

If your shipping address is in a restricted state, checkout will stop before payment is taken — you will not be charged. It is the purchaser's responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws that apply where they live.
