Glock FRD Kit

The Copperhead Safety Glock FRD Kit brings active reset function to the Glock, Gen 1 through Gen 5, every model. You get 316 stainless conversion parts, a carbon fiber nylon flat trigger shoe, and Ghost Performance internals in one box. Add a 20 lb or heavier recoil spring and you have the whole build.

What’s in the Box

Installation

• Trigger Bar Removal — pull the trigger bar out of the frame the same way you would for any Glock trigger job.
• Trigger Pin — punch out the primary trigger pin, lift the factory shoe off the bar, and put the included flat shoe on in its place.
• Slide Lock — the standard, non-ambi kit runs with your existing slide lock. Leave it in the gun and skip this step.
• Reinstall & Function Check — put the frame back together the normal way, then run a full function check before you load it.

Tuning Recommendations

Recoil spring weight decides whether this kit runs. If you get a dead trigger or an inconsistent reset, change the spring before you touch anything else.
